  Selling 2+ cars/year is taxable income (5% + military levy); the first car/year is tax-free.

Documents for the buyer: conformity certificate, customs declaration, repair service history (for rebuilt cars). An honest repair photo history raises the price 10–15% — buyers pay for transparency.
