  • What is KVED

    Classifier of economic activity types — an XX.XX code describing what the business does. Mandatory at FOP registration — multiple codes allowed.

  • Groups & KVEDs

    Group 1: market trade/household services to population (47.x, 96.x). Group 2: services to population and FOPs (62.x, 73.x, 74.x). Group 3: any activity without limits.

  • Typical IT codes

    62.01 programming, 62.02 IT consulting, 63.11 data processing/hosting, 62.09 other IT. For freelance — 62.01 is the base.

  • Typical services/trade

    73.11 advertising, 74.10 design, 85.59 education, 96.02 barbershops, 47.91 e-commerce, 55.x/56.x hotels/cafes — need group 2 or 3.

  • How to change KVEDs

    Via Diia (online application), CNAP, or notary — free/cheap. Changes before filing a declaration where activity is already ongoing.
