Complete guide to the tax authority cabinet for FOPs: QES login, filing reports, budget settlements, correspondence with the tax office

  • What it is

    The Taxpayer's Electronic Cabinet (cabinet.tax.gov.ua) — a free tax authority service: budget settlement status, filing reports, correspondence with the tax office, e-settlements for FOPs.

  • Login and QES

    A qualified electronic signature (QES) is required: Diia.Signature, Privat24, or a key from a certification authority. Without a QES the cabinet opens in view-only mode.

  • Filing reports

    Single-tax, VAT and SSC reports are filed online: fill in → validate → sign with QES → send. Receipts No.1 (acceptance) and No.2 (result) arrive in the cabinet.

  • Budget settlements

    The 'Settlement status' section shows overpayments/debts per tax and the current account details for the single tax, SSC and military levy.

  • Correspondence

    Requests, explanations, applications and tax office replies arrive electronically with the same legal force as paper. Check the cabinet regularly: an electronic notice counts as served.

  • FOP e-settlements

    The cabinet lets you open a FOP e-account without a bank visit, create payment documents and view e-account statements.
