• Pedagogical title

  'Teacher-methodist'/'senior teacher' — a separate title with a bonus, filed with certification.

• Achievement portfolio

  Publications, student olympiads, CPD courses — the evidence base for categories and titles.

Certification is the only regular way to raise a teacher's salary without an admin post. Collect evidence continuously: certificates, materials, student results — all useful in the attestation year.
