Guidelines for a 40–100W CO₂ laser; for 10–20W diode lasers divide by ~5–8 or use multiple passes. Always run a test square — plywood batches differ. Air assist is mandatory; cutting PVC and vinyl is PROHIBITED — chlorine gas is released.
