Business loans

Overdraft, credit line, factoring — which fits the task

Details

  • Overdraft

A short deficit up to 30 days: account limit, interest on actual overdraft; for cash gaps.

  • Credit line

A revolving limit for 1+ year: draw-repay-repeat; cheaper than a one-off loan for working capital.

  • Factoring

Cash for receivables: the bank pays 80–90% of the invoice now, the rest after the buyer pays; for 30–90 day terms.

  • Documents

2+ years of statements, turnover, contracts, collateral/owner surety; FOP — simpler but pricier.

A loan to 'pay salaries' is the most expensive: it's a symptom, not a need. Working capital is covered by a line/factoring, investment by a term loan; mixing kills margin.
