• HOA programmes

  Regional/city compensations for HOAs: facade insulation, boiler-room replacement, metering units. Applications are collective — start at the HOA meeting.

• Bank discounts

  Rate discount for 'green' projects (EV, PV, heat pump, passive house) at partner banks — a real 2–5%/yr difference, but strict terms.

• EU programmes for business

  Green Deal tools for SMEs: grants for energy audits, equipment replacement, certification. Via the Entrepreneurship Development Fund and donor programmes (USAID, GIZ).

• Eco tariffs

  Feed-in 'green' tariff for home PV (selling surplus), night tariff for storage electric heating — supplier programmes.

• What to check

  Criteria: object efficiency class, project/audit proof, limits on equipment/housing age, application deadlines, co-financing (usually 10–30% own share).

Eco programmes change quarterly — check current terms with the bank/portal. Common to all: the bonus is tied to a measurable efficiency project (class A/B, −x% consumption), not a 'green' label.
