    Burning waste — 340–1360 UAH for individuals; dumping in unauthorized places — 340–1700; repeat — up to 3400.

  • For enterprises

    Emissions without permit, exceeding discharge limits, illegal landfills — much higher fines + eco-tax at 5–10x.

  • Burning stubble/grass

    Burning dry vegetation — 3060–6120 UAH for individuals; legal entities — 100k+ UAH plus damage compensation.

  • Illegal logging

    Unauthorized tree felling — fine + compensation (several times the timber value) + criminal liability at scale.

  • Where to report

    State Environmental Inspectorate (hotline, EcoThreat app), police 102, local communities for illegal dumps.
