NGO (normative monetary valuation) — the baseline cadastral value of arable land, usually UAH 25–45k/ha by region. Market price 2024–25 — ~1.5–2.5× NGO ($1,000–2,500/ha). Legal minimum rent — 3% of NGO/yr. On share sales tax: 5% PIT + 5% military levy + notary/state fees. Check NGO by cadastral number on the public cadastral map.
