FG (family farm) registers as a sole proprietor with special status — members must be relatives. Tax — single tax group 4 (for agri producers): rate is a % of land NGO, not income. Land documents are the base: share leases ≥3% NGO, written form with registration. CNAП registers in 1–2 days with a complete package. Group 4 gives access to state support and 5-7-9 loans.
