Personal QES key is enough for a sole proprietor

Where to get it

  • •Privat24 — in-app or at a branch
  • •IDD DPS — qualified signature at CNAP/tax office
  • •Cloud key via Vchasno/EDI providers

What it's used for

  • •Single-tax/VAT declarations
  • •SSC reports
  • •Tax invoice registration
  • •Client contracts (legally equal to handwritten)

QES is legally equal to a handwritten signature (Law on Electronic Trust Services). Keep the key in cloud or on a token — a lost file key without password means re-issuance.
