Self-assessment quizzes
Validated scales
PHQ-9 — depression, GAD-7 — anxiety, PSS — stress, WHO-5 — wellbeing, ISI — insomnia. They're screening tools: they hint whether to see a doctor.
How to take them
Honestly, for the past 2 weeks, not 'as usual'. One result isn't a diagnosis; the change between two monthly measures is a trend. Log score and date.
PHQ-9 orientation
0–4 minimal, 5–9 mild, 10–14 moderate, 15+ moderately severe/severe. 10+ is a reason to talk to a specialist. Item 9 — self-harm thoughts: above 0 — don't ignore.
Why not a diagnosis
A quiz counts symptoms; a doctor sees context: grief, illness, meds, hormones. Physical illness masks depression — a test doesn't replace an exam.
How to use results
The score is a baseline: monthly screening shows whether routine/therapy works. A screenshot before the visit saves 10 minutes of history-taking.

MBTI, 'love languages', Enneagram — entertainment, not clinical. Fine for self-exploration, not for treatment decisions.
All quizzes are screening tools, not diagnoses. A high score is a reason to see a specialist, not to panic.
