Mobilization deferral

• Full-time/dual study (students, postgraduates)
• Health per medical board conclusion
• Three or more children under 18
• Child with disability under 18
• Care for sick relative/person with group I disability
• Guardianship of a person with disability
• Only child supporting disabled or elderly parents
• Pregnant wife + child under 3
• Reserved under a critical specialty
• Were on occupied territory/in captivity

Grounds per Art. 23 of the Mobilization Law — the list is exhaustive. Documents: study certificate, children's certificates, disability findings, care certificate. Deferral is confirmed at the recruitment office with documents — it does not apply automatically.
