Joint application, fee (0.5 minimum wage = 840 UAH). Certificate in 1 month.

Lawsuit, fee (40% minimum wage). Proceedings up to 6 months. With children — mandatory custody authority involvement.

Jointly acquired property divided equally. Can settle by agreement. Limitation period — 3 years.

For child — 1/4 income for 1 child, 1/3 for 2, 1/2 for 3+. Fixed amount or percentage. Can agree by contract.
