The Unified Court Registry — all Ukrainian court decisions. Search by parties, judge, case number, category. Counterparty check: pending suits, bankruptcies, enforcement.

Enforcement debtor registry — open collections. The alimony debtor registry — separate. Both are free and updated in real time.

Unified State Register of entities and sole proprietors: director, founders, share capital, KVEDs, address, registration actions. Free online extract — the baseline check for any counterparty.

State Registry of Property Rights — owner, encumbrances, real estate prohibitions. Vehicle registry — owner, encumbrances on cars. Access via reasoned request.

Patent/trademark registry — IP. License registries — per activity type. NSDC sanctions lists — mandatory for compliance. Party officials dossier — political risk.

Minimum set: EDR (status, director) → court registry (disputes) → debtors (enforcement) → sanctions. For large deals — +property registry, tax debt, beneficial-owner dossier.
