What's in the registry

Unified state registry: name, company code, business activities, director, founders, address, status (active/closing/bankrupt), change history.

Getting an extract

Free on the registry portal — PDF with e-signature, accepted by banks and partners. Paper version — via registrar/notary.

Making changes

Address/director/activity changes — via the Diia portal (qualified signature) or a registrar. Term is 24h, plan for 3–5 days.

Checking a partner

Before a contract: registry status, tax debt, sanctions, court cases, debtor registry. 10 minutes of checking beats a bad contract.

Sole proprietors

Sole proprietor registration/closure — online via Diia or a registrar. Changing activities is a free filing. A closed FOP stays listed as 'terminated'.

Registry errors

Technical error — correction request to the registrar. Illegal registration (fake director) — complaint to the Ministry of Justice + police + court.
