Growth forecast

Growth rates are averages under optimal conditions (feed, temp, density). Reality gives 70–80% of forecast. Growth stops below 12°C (carp) and above 30°C (stress). Periodic control weighing of 20–30 fish shows the real picture — recalibrate after the first control catch.
