Monthly reports on declarations: patient counts, services, package fulfillment. Errors trigger correction requests. No report — suspended payments.

MoH statistical forms: visit counts, morbidity, mortality. Quarterly/yearly frequency, deadlines in the reporting calendar.

Sole-proprietor doctor group 3: single tax quarterly, social contribution monthly. LLC — standard reporting; VAT exemptions for medical services need checking.

License condition changes (address, services, staff) — notification within 30 days. Doctor staff changes go into the registry.

Monthly: visits, average check, no-show %, room utilization, patient sources. Without these numbers a clinic is a black box.

One table: what, to whom, when, who's responsible. Duplicate reminders 3 days before deadline. Late = fine/payment pause.
