Rules

Forbidden: on sidewalks without a sign, on crossings and 10 m before, at stops (15 m), double-parked, on bike lanes, on courtyard lawns.

Spot agreement

Parking spot lease: term, price, damage liability, 24/7 access, heating. Verify the spots are privately owned.

Courtyard

Courtyard territory is co-owned by residents (HOA). Barriers/bollards only by residents' vote.

Paid parking

In cities — via app/parking meter, hourly. Non-payment — 510–1020 UAH fine + towing. Check the zone and tariff.

In winter

Don't park under icicles or old trees. On a slope — handbrake + gear. Clear roof snow — braking dumps it on the windshield.

EVs

Charging spots are for charging EVs only, not parking. Fines apply for parking on EV spots without charging.
