Erasmus+ & exchanges

How an exchange semester works — checklist

Preparation checklist — 0/6 done

Your university is an Erasmus+ partner (list at the international office)
Learning Agreement signed BEFORE departure — credits will transfer
ECTS load: >= 30 credits per semester
Erasmus grant (~EUR 600–800/mo) + possible national top-up
Insurance for the whole period + EHIC for the EU
Transcript of Records after the semester — for home credit transfer

Erasmus+ is the most accessible exchange for Ukrainian students: no tuition at the host university, the grant covers most living costs. The key risk is non-recognition of credits: the Learning Agreement must be signed by all three parties before departure; record changes in writing.
