Run delivery

Packing

Runs ship on stretch-wrapped pallets with protected corners. Print fears moisture — corrugated boxes + film mandatory. Labels: run, sheets per pack, weight.

Options

In town — courier/van. Nationwide — pallet freight. International — express for proofs, pallets via forwarder. Delivery cost — in the order estimate.

Terms

EXW — pickup from the shop (industry standard). Shop delivery — a separate invoice line. Accepting without checking = quantity consent — count on receipt.

Timing

Print ≠ delivery: +1–3 days of logistics. A hot run — split delivery ('first 500 now, rest tomorrow'). Event deadline — plan a 2-day buffer.

Damage

Crushed corners, wet packs, lost pallets — covered by carrier insurance. An acceptance act with unloading photos — the claim base. Without it — nearly unprovable.

Partial runs

A run to several cities — the shop splits and ships to recipients (print dropshipping). Costs more than one delivery but faster and needs no warehouse.
