ГО unites citizens (2+ founders), БО is a charity. Nonprofit status (code 0032/0036) is filed with the tax office — without it donations are taxed. The statute must include nonprofit goals and a clause that liquidated assets go to another NPO. Registration via notary/ASC takes ~1–2 weeks with documents.
