QES for Prozorro: obtaining, software, testing

Steps

    Choose key type

    For Prozorro a legal-entity QES or FOP QES works. Free — Diia.Signature/Privat24; paid QSCD (IIT, Ukrcentr) — wider compatibility.

    Get the key

    Online via Diia (video ID) or a QSCD office with passport+tax ID+EDR extract.

    Install software

    Install a signer: IIT 'User CSK-1', PrivatKey, or the Prozorro web signer (no software needed).

    Test on the platform

    Sign a test document on the e-platform (Prom.ua, Zakupki etc.) BEFORE the bid deadline.

  5. 5

    Validity

    QES is valid 1–2 years — verify before each submission; a revoked key = rejected bid.

Signature errors are the #1 cause of technical bid rejections. Keep a backup key with a second authorized person. A timestamp is mandatory for dating documents — built into modern signers.
