Bike tire pressure

Weight + tire width + type → front/rear PSI

Parameters

The '15% drop' model (Silca/Frank Berto): pressure ∝ weight/width. The rear wheel carries ~55–60% of weight. Tubeless — minus 5–10%. Wet/gravel — another 5–10% less. Over-inflation isn't faster: on real asphalt vibrations steal watts. Lower bound — avoid rim pinch flats.
