Mobilization: your rights
Summons, procedure, conscript rights
Key rights
- •A summons is served in person against signature; SMS/call is not service
- •Right to a medical board and time to gather documents
- •Right to deferral on legal grounds — declared at the recruitment office
- •Right to a lawyer and to appeal recruitment office actions in court
- •Unlawful detention/coercion — grounds for complaint and lawsuit
- •The employee keeps job and average pay during service
Serving a summons is a procedural act, not 'dispatch to the front'. After service: appear at the recruitment office on time, medical board, drafting decision. Failure to appear without valid reason — administrative liability; evasion after drafting — criminal. Keep deferral/health documents ready.
