Military registration

• Where to register

  Territorial recruitment center (TCC), CNAP, or online via «Rezerv+» / «Diia». Mandatory registration for men aged 18–60.

• Data to update

  Address, marital status, education, workplace, health, military specialty. Updates within 7 days via «Rezerv+» or in person.

• Documents

  Passport, tax ID, education documents, marriage/children certificates, medical records, military ID if available.

• Moving abroad / relocating

  Moving to another region — deregister and register at the new TCC. Temporary departure — notify TCC; long-term stay abroad — consular registration.

• Consequences of violations

  Administrative fine for failure to register or update data; repeat violation — larger fine. Registration is required for reservation and deferral.
