DRRP — the main registry

The State Registry of Property Rights is the single source of truth on ownership and encumbrances (mortgage, seizure, bans). Extract via notary/CNAP/online — check before any deal.

Counterparty check

Before a deal: company registry extract, debtors registry, seizure registry, court cases, tax debt. Free — YouControl, Opendatabot, Diia.

Which extracts you need

For a property purchase: DRRP extract (owner + encumbrances), cadastral plan, debt certificate. For a car: movable-property pledge registry and a VIN report.

Registry errors

A typo (date, letter) — the registrar fixes on request. Rights discrepancies — court only. Found a stranger's entry on your property — sue to invalidate it.

Primary registration

Rights arise at registration in the DRRP, not at contract signing. Transfer without registration = no transfer. A notary registers same-day, CNAP takes 5 business days.
