Tending cuts

Tending types by age: lighting (to 10 y), cleaning (11–20), thinning (21–40 conifers, to 60 hardwoods), shelterwood tending until final felling age. Intensity depends on species and stocking: conifers tolerate heavier removal. These are indicative norms — a forester marks exact trees.
