Eco-declarations, eco-tax, reporting forms for enterprises — what and when to file

Sections

  • Waste declaration

    Annual by Feb 1 for the previous year — for enterprises generating waste. Filed electronically via the MoE system.

  • Environmental tax

    For emissions/discharges/waste disposal. Declaration quarterly by the 40th day after the quarter. Rates — by hazard class and volume.

  • Form 1-waste

    Statistical form on waste generation and management — annually by Jan 25 for enterprises in the statistics sample.

  • PEV registry

    Environmental Data Platform: emission permits, emission reports, waste records — all electronic.

  • Landfill/utilization fees

    Packaging/equipment producers — extended producer responsibility (EPR): report on market volumes and recycling.
