  Individual development program: the psycho-pedagogical support team writes it per school year.

• IRC conclusion

  The inclusive resource center's comprehensive assessment conclusion — the basis for the IEP and assistant.

• Teacher's assistant

  Assigned by the IRC/customer decision; paid from the education subvention, duties in the IEP.

• Environment adaptation

  Reasonable adjustments: seating, font, task time, assessment format — recorded in the IEP.

An IEP is a living document: reviewed at least twice a year with parents. Inclusion success isn't 'integrating the child into the class' but adapting the class to the child.
