Net billing & green tariff

• Net billing

  Selling surplus to the grid at the offtake/injection wholesale price; for residential PV up to 30 kW.

• Green tariff

  A fixed feed-in tariff by volume, declining by year; for stations commissioned through 2029.

• Registration

  Application to the DSO + purchase agreement with the universal service supplier; bidirectional meter.

• Taxation

  Sale income — for individuals taxed 18% PIT + military levy; FOP registration not required for net billing.

The green tariff beats net billing for early stations (the rate declines but is fixed at commissioning). For new ones the reality is net billing at a fluctuating market price.
