Employee reservation

   Company on the critical list

   Reservation only for companies/institutions deemed critical to the economy or defense — lists formed by ministries and administrations.

   Specialty on the list

   The employee's position must be on the company's critical specialties list.

   List submission

   The company submits lists of conscripts to the Ministry of Economy/agency; approval — up to 50% of employees.

   Term and renewal

   Reservation valid 6 mo–1 yr, renewable; removed on dismissal or position change.

Reservation ≠ permanent deferral: it's a temporary guarantee to work without drafting. The employee must be on military register with current data in Oberih/Reserve+. Failing to update registration removes the reservation.
