Payments to service members

• Pay structure

  Rank salary + position salary + allowances (seniority, clearance, special conditions). Minimum ~20,000 UAH without combat pay.

• Combat bonuses

  30,000 UAH/mo — combat tasks; 50,000 — participation in combat; up to 100,000 — directly on the front line (pro-rated by days).

• One-time payments

  Injury aid (by severity), first-contract aid in some programs, annual health-recovery assistance.

• POW/MIA families

  POW and MIA retain their pay — paid to the family. Arranged via TCC/unit with a certificate.

• Compensations

  Rent compensation (certain categories), destroyed property, equipment in some cases, sanatorium treatment.
