Remote work policy

A remote work policy fixes: transfer procedure, working time tracking, expense compensation (internet, electricity), equipment responsibility, communication and reporting. An employee is transferred by their request or by order with 2 months' notice (change of essential working conditions — Art. 32 of the Labor Code).
