• Weighing

  Truck scales full/empty or elevator scales; the document is a stamped weighbill.

• Discrepancies

  Allowed scale error ~0.1–0.2%; excess — grounds for a claim or reweighing.

• Act

  A discrepancy act is drawn on-site with driver and lab tech; a photo of the weighbridge display is evidence.

• Claim

  Deadline — per contract (usually 3 days); attach the weighbill, analysis, waybills to the act; court without an act is weak.

Weight control is trader money: a 0.5% 'shortload' on 100t is 500kg of grain. Every truck is weighed, every discrepancy — an act on delivery day.
