PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This document is a public offer of __________________ (EDRPOU/RNOKPP: __________), hereinafter the "Seller", addressed to an unlimited number of persons to enter into a sale agreement for goods on the terms set out below.

1.2. Acceptance of this offer occurs upon payment for the order and constitutes full acceptance of its terms without exceptions.

1.3. This offer is governed by Articles 633, 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce".

2. SUBJECT

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer goods listed on __________, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them.

2.2. The name, characteristics and price of each item are specified on the website and form an integral part of this agreement.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

3.1. Prices are stated in UAH and are valid at the moment of ordering.

3.2. Payment methods: bank card online, bank transfer.

3.3. The Seller may change prices unilaterally; changes do not apply to already paid orders.

4. DELIVERY / PERFORMANCE

4.1. Terms: delivery via postal services within 1–5 business days across Ukraine.

4.2. Risk of accidental loss passes to the Buyer upon receipt.

5. RETURNS AND WARRANTY

5.1. The Buyer may return goods of proper quality within 14 days in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", unless the item is in the non-returnable list.

5.2. Refunds are made within 7 business days to the payer's account.

6. PERSONAL DATA

6.1. The Buyer consents to the processing of personal data for order fulfilment under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

7. LIABILITY AND DISPUTES

7.1. The parties are liable under the legislation of Ukraine.

7.2. Disputes are settled by negotiation; failing agreement — in court at the Seller's location.
