Parameters
Land share rent indexation: most contracts are fixed UAH or NGO-linked (reviewed yearly by a 1.0–1.05 coefficient). Without indexation real value decays with inflation: at 15% the payment halves in ~4.7 years. Contract formulas: % of NGO, grain equivalent, CPI indexation. This calculation is the CPI equivalent for negotiations.
