Declaration limits for cash and goods

Input

EU: cash ≥€10,000 requires written declaration. Ukraine: exporting >€10,000 needs declaration + source proof; goods duty-free by air up to €1000/50kg, by land up to €500/50kg. Alcohol/tobacco have separate country limits. Notes >€500 are unwanted — banks won't accept them.
