How to arrange restructuring
• Application to the provider for a restructuring agreement — they must conclude it on the debtor's request
• Typical terms: up to 24–36 months, no penalties under the contract schedule, first payment 10–20%
• Pay current charges in full + a debt portion — otherwise the contract is terminated
• Subsidy doesn't cover old debts — only current charges
• After repayment — demand a no-debt certificate
