  The 'money follows the student' formula: pupil count × coefficients — the school's main income.

• Parental contributions

  Only voluntary and via a charity fund/school account — 'collection for curtains' to a class cash box is illegal.

• Charitable contributions

  Legal entities can donate to the school as a charity (if it has status) — contract + reporting required.

• Paid services

  Clubs, courses, hall rental — the paid-services list approved by the school, funds go to its account.

Fundraising transparency is the core problem: the only legal route is the school's charity fund with public reports. Every hryvnia 'in cash' is a risk for the principal and teacher.
