1. Job: A4 leaflets, 5000 pcs

2. Spec: format, paper (gsm), CMYK colors, 3mm bleed

3. Proof: Digital proof (PDF) — after approval content is client's responsibility

4. Deadline: 5 work days from proof approval and prepayment

5. Tolerances: color ±5% of Pantone, register ≤0.3mm, trim ±1mm

6. 50% prepayment / balance on delivery

7. Claim period: 5 work days, shortage — at acceptance

8. Defects >3% of run — reprint or refund

Critical: spec with artwork file (CMYK, bleed), proof approval (after it — client's responsibility), color/register tolerances, claim period.
