Standard 90×50mm, 300–350gsm stock, matte lamination — classier than gloss. Don't skimp on stock — 250gsm looks cheap. Runs of 100–500 — digital.

A6/A5 flyer — mass handout, 130gsm gloss. A4 tri-fold — company presentation, 170gsm coated. Folding >170gsm — only with creasing.

A4 letterhead 80–100gsm offset for office printers — check the logo prints aligned. C5/C4 envelopes — for letterhead and docs.

Up to 40 pages — saddle stitch; more — perfect bound or coil. Cover 300gsm + lamination, body 115–150gsm. Pagination — multiple of 4 or get blank spreads.

Table tents, stickers, price tags — small but visible. Menus — sturdy 250–300gsm laminated or in sleeves. Wide-format — media for the conditions (outdoor/indoor).

Gang multiple layouts on one sheet (cards + coupons). Standard formats beat custom. 2× run ≈ +40% price, not 2×. Order quarterly in bulk.
