How to prove special service

  • Work record book with position/department entries — the main document
  • Employer certificate on work conditions (form 5-D since 2000)
  • Archive certificates if the employer was liquidated
  • PFU personal accounting — report in the e-cabinet
  • In disputes — administrative court; burden of proof is on the PFU

How it counts

  • Special service counts calendar-wise for actual time in hazardous conditions
  • Maternity, sick leave, vacations — included
  • Partial special service: proportional age reduction within legal limits
  • Mixed List No.1+No.2 service — counted under the more favorable No.1 rules
Position lists are in CMU Decrees No.36 and No.461. If your job was listed during employment — the right persists even after list changes. Submit documents via the e-cabinet or in person at the PFU.
