Diia + PFU

  • In Diia — pension ID copy and PFU certificates
  • UBD veteran e-ID — right in the app
  • Unemployment status, IDP aid — via Diia

Common issues

  • No pre-2000 service — personal accounting started in 2000; submit earlier service via documents
  • Name/date error — correction request via the cabinet or TSNAP
  • Missing employer in reports — they didn't file SSC reports; proof = work book/contract
  • Payment not received — check account details and application status in the cabinet
