• E-prescription

  Issued in the EHS (eHealth) by the patient's declared doctor; for reimbursement — e-prescription only.

• E-referral

  For consultations, tests, hospitalization — created by the family/treating doctor, valid 3 months.

• Affordable Medicines

  Reimbursement via e-prescription: a participating pharmacy covers part/all of listed drug costs.

• Common errors

  No declaration → can't prescribe; expired referral → repeat one; wrong MIS — prescription invisible.

The patient sees the prescription in an app/SMS — shows the code to the pharmacist. For reimbursement it's critical: the pharmacy must be an 'Affordable Medicines' participant.
