SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES
[OWNER] (the Owner) and [GUEST] (the Guest) agree on the rental of the property at: [ADDRESS].

2. TERM
Check-in: — (after 14:00). Check-out: — (by 12:00).

3. PAYMENT
Rate: 1500 per night, payable at check-in in cash or by transfer.

4. DEPOSIT
The Guest pays a security deposit of 1000, refunded at check-out if no damage is found.

5. GUEST OBLIGATIONS
— follow house rules and quiet hours (22:00–08:00);
— do not sublet to third parties;
— be responsible for the property.

6. OTHER
Executed in two copies, one for each party.
