Court registry

What the registry shows

The unified court decisions registry: verdicts/rulings public since 2006. Search by case number, party, judge, court.

Finding a case

Case number is most precise. Party name — broad, many matches. Filters: instance, category, date. Use the judiciary portal.

Case status

'Case progress' on the court's site: hearings, postponements, stage. Works only with the case number — get it from the court/lawyer.

Partner check

Whether a company/person appears in cases: bankruptcy, tax disputes, labor. Routine cases are normal for business; a losing streak is a flag.

Reading decisions

Intro (parties, subject) → reasoning (court's logic) → operative part (result). For a similar case, appellate and supreme court practice matters.

Limitations

Closed cases (family, adoption, secrets) — only the operative part or nothing. Personal data is anonymized. The registry isn't a police clearance.
