Forestry documents

The main felling permit: plot, cut type, volume, quota, dates. Issued by the forest enterprise/state agency. Logging without it is illegal felling.

Allowed harvest volume per felling is set by forest inventory. Exceeding it is a violation even with a valid ticket.

Felling in protective forests, riparian zones, reserves — separate approvals. Land-use change needs government/council decisions.

State-forest timber sells via auctions (Prozorro forest or exchange). Documents: specification, forest declaration, stack accounting.

Timber transport needs accompanying documents (waybill, specification). Trips are logged in the electronic timber accounting system.

A buyer can verify the ticket in the electronic registry by number. Absence means 'grey' timber — liability for storage/processing.
