- Application via e-queue (city 'Electronic Queue' or at the kindergarten)
- Birth certificate (copy)
- Child medical card (form 026/o) + epidemiological certificate
- Benefit documents if any (large family, IDPs etc.)
Private kindergarten cost
Estimated per year₴60,000–200,000
Public kindergarten queues move by registration date — register as early as possible (some cities allow from birth). IDP children must be placed without queue by actual residence.
