Single-line panel diagram and wiring plan — the key post-renovation document. Without it no one remembers wire routes in 5 years. Keep photos of runs before walls are closed.

Acceptance act: scope of works, cable brands, cross-sections, breaker ratings. Attach measurement protocols — insulation resistance and phase-neutral loop.

After installation a lab measures: insulation resistance (≥0.5 MΩ), grounding resistance (≤4 Ω), RCD trip. The protocol is your insurance evidence after a fire.

Standard flat capacity is 5–7 kW. Floor heating + boiler + ACs exceed it: request specs from the utility, get a project, upgrade the main breaker.

In writing: per-point estimate, deadlines, who supplies materials, workmanship warranty (typically 1–2 years), responsibility for measurement protocols.
